The delicious fruit cakes are made in the Scottish Highlands by a family firm established in 1877. Highland, Speyside or Island malt whiskies are normally added though if you aren’t a fan of the “Water of Life” they can be left as a plain fruit cake.

Sultanas(21%), currants(20%), egg, wheatflour , butter, orange and lemon peel(7%), glace cherries(contain colour E147), brown sugar, ground almonds, vegetable oil & hydrogenated vegetable oil, humectant (glycerine), hazelnut praline (contains hazelnuts, fat reduced cocoa powder, dried skimmed milk), mixed spice, salt, colour:annatto

The 180g cakes are sealed in a bag and presented in a white tin approx. 95mm (3 3/4 inches) in diameter with a depth of appox 48mm (just under 2 inches).
